User Registration: All users must register with accurate and correct information. Only one account is allowed per person.

Content Approval: Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they share or publish through APPLY.SUPPLY does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding intellectual property and other relevant rights. APPLY.SUPPLY reserves the right to seek compensation for any costs incurred due to violations of others' rights.

Document Sharing: By using the platform, you grant APPLY.SUPPLY permission to facilitate and make your documents available for users willing to purchase them through our services.

User Rights: Upon purchasing material from APPLY.SUPPLY, the buyer is granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the material. It is strictly prohibited to resell or redistribute the material without explicit consent from APPLY.SUPPLY.

Redistribution of Documents: APPLY.SUPPLY reserves the right to facilitate the distribution of documents listed for sale on our platform. We also reserve the right to add our logo to any document listed for sale.

Sales Commission: APPLY.SUPPLY retains a 35% commission of the sale price for each document sold through the platform. Additionally, a 3% commission (which may be higher) is charged to the buyer at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal, allowing a buyer to cancel a purchase without providing a reason, ceases when the buyer gains access to download a document.

Warranty Claims: Buyers have a 14-day warranty period. This particularly applies if the document infringes on the rights of others, contains clear and documented errors, or does not match the description provided. Any claims of rights violations must be supported with documentation.

Penalties for Violations: In cases of rights violations or documents containing inaccuracies, APPLY.SUPPLY may withhold or demand the return of any earnings generated from the sale of the respective document. Severe violations may also lead to permanent exclusion from the platform.

Payments: All payments and payouts are handled through APPLY.SUPPLY's payment solutions, currently Stripe and PayPal. Any transaction fees incurred by PayPal will be deducted from the amount APPLY.SUPPLY transfers to the seller.

Violation of Terms: Violations of these terms, applicable laws, or regulations may result in suspension, withholding of earnings, or a demand for repayment of previously generated earnings from the sale of documents.

Limitation of Liability: APPLY.SUPPLY shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of documents sold on the platform, including but not limited to, legal actions from employers or academic institutions. The platform serves as a marketplace, and all content is the responsibility of the sellers.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless APPLY.SUPPLY, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse or distribution of the content sold or purchased on the platform.
